Aurora Opals are a family owned mining company that wholesale opal to the trade.  

For this reason prices are hidden and only a small selection of stones can be seen. 

In order to work with us, please Register to join the site and we will respond once we have approved your account for access.

About our Memos

Here at Aurora Opals we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and for this reason all orders will be shipped to you on a memo basis.

You will have 7 days to inspect the opals, finalize your selection and inform us of any returns.

At this time you will be issued with an invoice for payment for all the wonderful opals you chose to keep.

Shipping, Insurance & Customs

For all parcels sent to you over the value of USD $5000 we will pay the shipping and insurance costs for the shipment to you.

For any returns - please see our returns policy for details.

With regard to Customs fees, duties and import taxes - Any charges associated with the shipment are your responsibility and are to be paid by you.

Please check with the Customs office in your particular country or your customs agent to establish what fees and charges if any you will be required to pay.

Returns

Prior to returning any opal please contact us directly either by email michelle@auroraopals.com or telephone +61 428689616 so we can ensure the shipping address and all necessary paperwork is complete and correct.

Any opal that is returned must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and any opals you choose to return must be shipped back to us using the shipping company of our choice.

The cost of the return shipment, insurance and any other fees taxes or duties asscoiated with it are to be paid by you.
