Please do not return ship any opals without contacting us first to determine the return delivery address.

Also please ensure your address for delivery is correct at the checkout page.

Shipping, Insurance & Customs

For all parcels sent to you over the value of USD $5000 we will pay the shipping and insurance costs for the shipment to you. For any returns please see our Returns policy for details.

With regard to Customs fees, duties and import taxes - Any charges associated with the shipment are your responsibility and are to be paid by you. Please check with the customs office in your particular country or your customs agent to establish what fees and charges if any you will be required to pay.

Returns Policy

Prior to returning any opal please contact us directly either by email michelle@auroraopals.com or telephone +61428689616 so we can ensure the shipping address and all necessary paperwork is complete and correct.

Any opal that is returned to us must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and any opals you choose to return must be shipped back to us using the shipping company of our choice.

The cost of the return shipment and insurance is to be paid by you.

Here at Aurora Opals we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and for this reason all orders will be shipped to you on a memo basis.

You will have 7 days to inspect the opals and inform us of any returns.

At this time you will be issued with an invoice for all the wonderful opals you choose to keep.
